Pasta with Huitlacoche and Capers

(4 servings)

Ingredients:
½ lb. pasta (dry)
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
½ cup huitlacoche
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. capers
1 cup grated Parmesan
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
½ tsp. crushed red pepper
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions in salted water.
Sauté garlic and huitlacoche in olive oil over medium-low heat until garlic is browned but not burnt.
Add tomato sauce and capers, and heat through.
Toss pasta with sauce.
Top with Parmesan, chives, crushed red pepper, and salt and pepper to taste.
